The Newport is a recently renovated, pet-friendly, 10-story condominium building with approximately 200 units located just south of Dupont Circle.  The overwhelming majority of the units in The Newport are studio and 1-BR units, with a much smaller number of 2-BR units as well.  The building boasts a secured entrance system with a 24-hour staffed conceirge desk - packages and other larger mail items can be received in your absence! The location of The Newport is absolutely fantastic - steps to Dupont Circle, close to 2 Metro stops (Dupont Circle on the Red Line or Foggy Bottom on the Orange/Blue Lines), and plenty of restaurants/nightlife. Trader Joe's grocery is within walking distance, and Georgetown is right around the corner.
